ALS is proud to introduce the World’s fastest labelling machine.

The ALS FastPaQ series is designed to easily cope with high labelling rates and high levels of accuracy. The FastPaQ models can dispense labels at an incredible 375 metres per minute with a label placement accuracy of +/- 0.4mm on even the smallest labels!

The ALS FastPaQ labelling machines are mechanically rugged with virtually no wear parts and with a modular design are also able to integrate into the tightest of production lines and run fast labels for twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.

The ALS FastPaQ series machines have also been designed with ease of use in mind. They come equipped with a straight-forward, operator-friendly control interface. Furthermore, label recognition and label-web positioning are accomplished with the press of a single button.

ALS in conjunction with Avery have launched the 9906 label printer. The 9906 label printer gives Mid-Range performance at entry level prices. The 9906 Thermal Transfer label printer is plug & play with Zebra printers without any software modifications. Fed up being fogged off by your Zebra suppliers, because they cant access parts due to a global shortage of zebra parts, for little more than the price of a printhead you can have a new printer…….!!!!! That will be supported with “off the shelf” spares & regionally based service engineers…..

ALS was last night announced as winners in the SFA Small Business awards 2011, winning the Outstanding Small Business Award category. The category got a special mention from the judges as regards the High standard of the finalist and as well as selecting ALS as category winners, 2 other business’s received Highly commended awards. On behalf of ALS I would like to thank all our customers and suppliers for their support, and a special mention for our own staff for their hard work & dedication.

ALS Labelling Solutions are happy to announce that we have been selected as the preferred supplier to supply Cork Plastic’s with Automatic Labelling & scanning systems for their production lines in Little Island.

As well as the application & scanning systems, we are also supplying a printer so that the labels can be pre-printed prior to application..
